About the role
- Plan and create strategic editorial calendars aligned with each agency client's objectives;
- Write persuasive captions with strong skills in light-touch copywriting, storytelling, and psychological triggers;
- Create creative briefs for the design and video teams, advising on the ideal format for each piece of content;
- Analyze client profiles, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust brand voice and tone;
- Develop content outlines for Reels, carousels, campaigns, content series, and tactical posts;
- Monitor content performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, conversions) and recommend adjustments;
- Maintain a content-funnel perspective: authority, connection, social proof, and conversion.
Requirements
- Experience as a Social Media professional, Copywriter, or Content Strategist in agencies;
- Excellent writing skills and strong command of standard grammar and digital language;
- Knowledge of copywriting, customer journey mapping, and performance marketing;
- Well-organized and able to manage schedules, multiple clients, and overlapping deadlines;
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Trello/ClickUp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Web;
- Aesthetic sensibility to align content and visuals with the design team.
