About the role

  • Plan and create strategic editorial calendars aligned with each agency client's objectives;
  • Write persuasive captions with strong skills in light-touch copywriting, storytelling, and psychological triggers;
  • Create creative briefs for the design and video teams, advising on the ideal format for each piece of content;
  • Analyze client profiles, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust brand voice and tone;
  • Develop content outlines for Reels, carousels, campaigns, content series, and tactical posts;
  • Monitor content performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, conversions) and recommend adjustments;
  • Maintain a content-funnel perspective: authority, connection, social proof, and conversion.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Social Media professional, Copywriter, or Content Strategist in agencies;
  • Excellent writing skills and strong command of standard grammar and digital language;
  • Knowledge of copywriting, customer journey mapping, and performance marketing;
  • Well-organized and able to manage schedules, multiple clients, and overlapping deadlines;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Trello/ClickUp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Web;
  • Aesthetic sensibility to align content and visuals with the design team.
