Customer Success Manager

• Lead the onboarding of new clients at Secretar.AI.
• Gather initial information about the clinic, team, schedule, services, commercial routines, and systems currently in use.
• Oversee data migrations from systems such as Clinicorp, Simple Dental, Follow, and similar platforms.
• Organize files, spreadsheets, documents, and data received from clients.
• Assist clients with their first use of the platform.
• Configure accounts, environments, integrations, and workflows within the platform.
• Provide technical support for the implementation of new clients.
• Understand issues faced by clients, test fixes, and document identified problems.
• Plan support content, tutorials, onboarding materials, and knowledge base articles.
• Use AI tools, such as Claude Code or Codex, to accelerate testing, documentation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to turn real client needs into practical solutions.
