About the role

  • Client prospecting: actively pursue new customers through various strategies;
  • Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, adapting the approach to the specific needs of each prospective client;
  • Negotiation of commercial terms: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions with the aim of closing profitable sales for both parties;
  • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on schedule by effectively following up on all stages;
  • Providing customer support: offer post-sale support, resolving any customer issues or questions and ensuring ongoing satisfaction;
  • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, cultivating trust, understanding needs and remaining available to assist, thereby promoting brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Registration with the Regional Council of Representatives;
  • Basic knowledge of finance, profit margin, production costs and ROI;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service;
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media);
  • Customer relationship management skills;
  • Availability to travel within the Goiânia, Aparecida de Goiânia (GO) and Brasília (DF) regions.
