About the role

  • Client prospecting: actively seek new customers using various strategies;
  • Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight the features and benefits of the products you represent, adapting the approach to the specific needs of each prospective client;
  • Negotiation of commercial terms: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions with the aim of closing mutually profitable sales;
  • Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time by effectively tracking all stages;
  • Providing customer support: deliver after-sales support by resolving customer issues or questions to ensure ongoing satisfaction;
  • Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships by fostering trust, understanding needs, and being available to assist, thereby promoting brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Registration with the Regional Council of Sales Representatives;
  • Basic knowledge of finance, profit margins, production costs, and ROI;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service;
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media);
  • Customer relationship management;
  • Willingness to travel within the regions of Bauru, Botucatu, Marília, Presidente Prudente (SP), and Londrina (PR).
