About the role
- Focus on serving medium and small retail accounts, and the Bakery and Food Service channels;
- Client prospecting: actively seek new customers using a variety of strategies;
- Product presentation: demonstrate and highlight product features and benefits, tailoring the approach to each potential customer's specific needs;
- Negotiation of commercial terms: negotiate prices, payment terms, discounts and other contractual conditions to close profitable sales for both parties;
- Closing sales: finalize sales agreements and ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time by effectively following up on all stages;
- Providing customer support: deliver post-sale support, resolving any customer issues or questions to ensure ongoing satisfaction;
- Relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, cultivate trust, understand needs and remain available to assist, aiming to secure brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Registration with the Regional Council of Representatives;
- Basic knowledge of finance, profit margin, production costs, and ROI;
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service;
- Previous sales experience, preferably in wholesale and retail;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital sales tools (CRM and social media);
- Customer relationship management skills;
- Availability to travel within the regions of Leme, Araras, Limeira, Americana, Campinas, Jundiaí and Sorocaba (SP).
