About the role
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to ticket purchases and other online services.
- Provide clear and effective support through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
- Identify and resolve technical or administrative issues related to purchases and the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve our processes and services.
Requirements
- High school education required; additional training or education in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business administration is preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or administration, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
