About the role

  • Develop and/or implement small, medium and large information systems projects and improvements using the ServiceNow platform;
  • Act as a member of a squad alongside other ServiceNow specialists;
  • Provide technical resolution of incidents in ServiceNow;
  • Ensure the proper operation of the ServiceNow platform, following development best practices and governance;
  • Work with autonomy and organization, prioritizing requests according to deadlines and criticality;
  • Operate in dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to ambiguous scenarios;
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions, involving other teams when necessary;
  • Support and evolve the platform, ensuring stability and quality of deliveries;
  • Collaborate with different areas of the company and clarify questions to ensure implementation within required quality standards, aligned with the Business and Tech strategic guidelines.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM and App Engine; FSM is a plus);
  • Knowledge of developing portals and applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and AngularJS;
  • Experience in process automation using resources such as Flow Designer, App Engine, Integration Hub and Automation Engine;
  • Experience building dashboards and reports;
  • Experience developing and integrating APIs (REST and SOAP);
  • Able to perform technical configurations and fixes in the ServiceNow environment;
  • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes and define solutions;
  • Experience in application support, development best practices and quality assurance (code review) and root cause analysis;
  • Experience managing or tracking requests/projects and interacting with consultancies/partners;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with different areas of the company;
  • Organization, autonomy and the ability to operate in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
  • NICE TO HAVE:
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, etc.);
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Degree in Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
