About the role
- Build robust, well-documented backend solutions that ensure scalability and efficiency;
- Propose improvements to architecture, quality, and performance across applications, always aligned with the Architecture and Information Security teams’ guidelines;
- Create and execute test plans to ensure product reliability throughout all development stages;
- Actively participate in code reviews, recommending best practices and supporting the team’s technical growth;
- Monitor and support production applications, identifying issues and implementing improvements;
- Collaborate with business specialists and other technology areas to deliver solutions with real, measurable impact;
- Share knowledge and mentor less experienced developers, contributing to the team’s development.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Node.js in backend application development;
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP), including use of serverless services and AWS Lambda;
- Knowledge of REST APIs and event-driven architecture (pub/sub);
- Experience with microservices architecture and both SQL and NoSQL databases;
- Familiarity with version control using GitHub (experience with GitHub Copilot is a plus);
- Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration;
- Experience working in agile squads for digital products, delivering solutions aligned with business objectives.
