About the role

  • Lead the commercial front, from prospecting strategic accounts to managing Joint Business Plan (JBP) agreements.
  • Manage end-to-end demand and order processes, coordinate the action calendar, and develop and execute action plans according to performance.
  • Align short- and medium-term goals with partner areas such as Pricing, Logistics, Marketing, Technology, and 1P.
  • Support marketplace structuring, translating ideas into frameworks, roadmaps, and new services (logistics, seller journey, etc.).
  • Connect multiple variables (profitability, efficiency, and relationships) to enable assertive decision-making.
  • Support Senior Management in creating strategic storytelling and executive materials that connect the channel to the brand's global strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce management, with work in B2B, D2C, or Marketplaces.
  • Experience in data analysis using Google Analytics, Power BI, and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and innovative digital solutions.
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and growth hacking methodologies.
  • Experience in creating and executing Joint Business Planning (JBP).
