About the role

  • Technical Excellence: Develop complex backend solutions, prioritizing performance, simplicity, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in PHP 7.4+ & Frameworks: Advanced experience with the Laravel/Lumen ecosystem and, importantly, hands-on experience with high-performance frameworks such as Swoole and Hyperf.
  • Architecture and Design: Deep knowledge of Design Patterns and architectural principles for building scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Data and Performance: Solid experience with databases (relational and NoSQL), with a strong focus on data modeling and query optimization.
  • Code Quality: Practical experience with unit and integration testing, using coverage metrics to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Observability: Experience supporting real-time systems with tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Opsgenie, or Datadog.
  • Cloud & DevOps Ecosystem: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud services like AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, and S3.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences and collaborate strategically with stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Capacity to make well-founded technical decisions and quickly identify and resolve blockers that impact the team.
