  • Structural Project Management: Ensure the maintenance, monitoring and execution of structural projects (governance) that drive operational results and improve the consumer experience.
  • Content & Tech Strategy: Advance the video experience for e‑commerce, improve blog content and quality metrics (Image Score).
  • Artificial Intelligence: Continuously seek tools that can optimize processes for the content team.
  • Governance and Routines: Establish workflows and meeting cadences across interfacing areas, ensuring a strategic content presence.
  • Business Areas: Lead the strategy for the "Gifting" business area and drive continuous improvement in single‑brand content.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Project‑focused profile, with experience and autonomy in building governance and processes.
  • Analytical capability to generate insights, monitor results and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience creating executive‑level materials.
  • Results‑oriented with an agile outlook for the digital environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and execution of performance plans.
  • Continuous improvement mindset — enjoys testing, learning and continuously evolving performance strategies.
  • **DIFFERENTIAL / PREFERRED:**
  • Knowledge of tools such as Looker, Power BI, SQL and Google tools.
  • Previous experience with AI tools.
