About the role

  • Co-lead the roadmap and evolution of strategic digital products;
  • Define and monitor governance, KPIs, and roles within the Tech & Intelligence and Demand Solutions squads;
  • Translate business needs into data and product strategies, supported by technical teams (engineering, data, design, product managers);
  • Co-lead initiatives for personalized and intelligent promotions;
  • Maintain frequent communication with the executive board and senior stakeholders, acting as the voice of the digital strategy;
  • Support the organizational development of senior management, fostering a culture of development, sponsorship, and autonomy.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and systems-level perspective: ability to understand and influence multiple business areas simultaneously;
  • Product and technology leadership: experience working with cross-functional squads, backlog prioritization, discovery, and roadmapping;
  • Strong cross-functional coordination: ease in navigating between technical and business areas, adapting language and approach;
  • Senior stakeholder management: experience with executive forums, strategic presentations, and political alignment;
  • Data and analytics knowledge: understanding of data architecture, product KPIs, adoption/engagement metrics, forecasting, and automations;
  • Execution and delivery capability: hands-on profile with strong ownership, even in ambiguous situations;
  • Communication and influencing skills: clarity, persuasion, and structured storytelling to engage different levels of the organization;
  • Team development: ability to cultivate talent, structure teams, and promote internal growth.
