About the role

  • Develop dashboards (Looker and Tableau) and reports to monitor business KPIs;
  • Ensure development and consumption best practices and standards for analytical solutions;
  • Support strategic use of data, acting as a change agent to strengthen a data-driven culture in Franchises;
  • Restructure and maintain Franchise and B2C tables (GCP);
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions;
  • Document tables and processes and perform ad-hoc queries in GCP;
  • Serve as the link between Business areas and the Data Engineering team, translating analytical needs and business questions into clear, prioritized technical requirements;
  • Assist in the development of AI solutions (N8N, NotebookLM, Gemini).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or technology-related fields;
  • Ability to work autonomously in an innovation- and technology-driven environment;
  • Strong SQL skills for building analytical queries and transforming data in analytical environments, with experience in BigQuery;
  • Solid experience with data visualization tools (DataViz), such as Tableau and Looker Studio, focused on building executive and management dashboards;
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus;
  • Proactive, analytical and investigative profile, with the autonomy to prioritize tasks, structure analyses and propose solutions;
  • Interest in deepening knowledge of the business area in which you will work: processes, metrics and key challenges.
