About the role
- Lead a cross-functional, foundational project for Grupo Boticário
- Ensure successful delivery and independently drive the necessary governance rituals
- Support process mapping, identify bottlenecks, and remove blockers
- Propose improvements and prioritize actions based on financial and operational impact
- Critically monitor and validate deliverables from consulting teams, ensuring that new process and governance models meet business needs and are technically feasible
- Monitor and report project KPIs and critical milestones
- Ensure stakeholder adherence to the new operating model by monitoring the implementation of the improvements defined in the project
- Prepare executive materials and facilitate decision forums, translating complex topics into clear guidance for senior leadership
Requirements
- Education: completed higher education
- Technical Knowledge:
- - Proficiency in Google Slides or similar presentation tools
- - Advanced skill in creating executive presentations, with a focus on storytelling and synthesizing data for strategic decision-making
- Soft Skills:
- - Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple fronts of a high-visibility, complex project
- - Critical and consultative mindset
- - Resilience and adaptability
- - Autonomy to design approaches in uncertain scenarios where processes are not defined
- - Ability to structure thinking to solve problems and navigate end-to-end, highly complex flows
- - Excellent articulation and communication, able to interact with and influence different hierarchical levels and areas
- Experience:
- - Strong experience in consulting, strategic project management, and/or process mapping
- - Desirable: experience in Strategy and Portfolio Management, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), Demand, Supply, or Strategic Consulting
- - Plus: experience structuring and leading organizational transformation projects
- Fixed-term position (6 to 7 month contract)
