About the role

  • **Transformation Leadership:** Lead the digital strategy and innovation across the supply chain;
  • **System Integration:** Connect more than 16 supply tools to ensure a holistic view;
  • **Project Management:** Lead structural initiatives focused on rapid financial return and operational efficiency;
  • **Technology Planning:** Define the technology roadmap and identify new market trends for automation;
  • **Stakeholder Management:** Act as a facilitator between business areas and IT, negotiating priorities and goals;
  • **Results Focus:** Monitor and optimize critical KPIs such as inventory, stockouts, losses/shrinkage and GMV;
  • **Influence and Proactivity:** Mobilize partner areas to ensure deliveries that impact supply.

Requirements

  • **Supply Chain Experience:** Solid knowledge of the supply chain to understand the area's pain points;
  • **Holistic and Analytical Mindset:** Ability to connect processes and tools with a strategic focus;
