About the role

  • Fully immerse yourself in the Shopify platform and the B2C catalog. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of product listings and storefronts, eliminating any immediate operational bottlenecks.
  • Strong reporting skills. You will be expected to autonomously consolidate daily and weekly performance reports (net sales vs. targets).
  • Act as a strategic partner. You should anticipate inventory or UX issues, coordinating solutions directly with Supply, Marketing and Tech teams, and propose practical improvements to the partner portal.

Requirements

  • Languages: Advanced English for global communication (required).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data cross-checks (Shopify vs. targets) and preparing concise executive presentations.
  • Based in São Paulo or surrounding areas (availability for in-person meetings 3 to 4 times per year).
  • Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Prior experience with Shopify or B2C digital channels will accelerate your learning curve.
