- Come support our journey across more than 24 territories, from Latin America to Europe, turning data into commercial decisions.
- Portfolio Management: Act as the right hand in managing international distributors, ensuring continuous information flow and alignment on commercial agendas.
- Data Intelligence: Monitor performance dashboards (via Looker Studio) to track key indicators such as sell-out, days of inventory, and order fill rate.
- Operational Excellence: Prepare market-specific reports and manage the schedule of interactions with global partners, ensuring deadlines and processes are met.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise between the commercial team and the planning and performance areas, seeking swift solutions for day-to-day operations.
- Process Development: Actively participate in structuring new workflows for Europe and the "Rest of the World" territories.
Requirements
- Languages: Advanced English for global communication (required). Spanish is a highly valued plus for interfacing with LATAM.
- Tools: Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.) is non-negotiable.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data, identify bottlenecks, and organize large volumes of information from different countries.
- Proactive Profile: Adaptability to work in a high-change environment (startup-like atmosphere) and in building processes.
- Communication: Ability to build interpersonal relationships and negotiate deadlines and solutions with various client and partner profiles.
