  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate risks, costs, and blockers transparently, managing business partners' expectations.

Requirements

  • Mastery of PHP 7.4+ & Frameworks: Advanced experience with the Laravel/Lumen ecosystem and, crucially, hands-on experience with high-performance frameworks such as Swoole and Hyperf.
  • Architecture and Design: Deep knowledge of Design Patterns and architectural principles for building scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Data and Performance: Solid experience with databases (relational and NoSQL), with a strong focus on modeling and query optimization.
  • Code Quality: Practical experience with unit and integration tests, using coverage metrics to guide continuous quality improvement.
  • Observability: Experience supporting real-time systems using tools like New Relic, Grafana, Opsgenie, or DataDog.
  • Cloud & DevOps Ecosystem: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and cloud services such as AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, and S3.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex technical topics for different audiences and collaborate strategically with stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to make well-founded technical decisions and the agility to identify and resolve blockers that impact the team.
