About the role
- Lead the recruitment and engagement of high-caliber professionals, ensuring alignment with Grupo Boticário’s values and culture.
- Develop and guide squad members through effective management rituals, fostering individual and collective growth.
- Build and communicate the squad’s vision and mission, ensuring synergy with Grupo Boticário’s finance strategies.
- Promote efficient communication and facilitate team ceremonies, spreading agile best practices and driving collaboration.
- Organize routines and detail team members’ activities, ensuring cadence and quality in the squad’s deliveries.
- Act proactively to resolve conflicts and blockers, ensuring the squad’s success and performance.
- Identify strategic objectives and lead successful initiatives that contribute directly to Grupo Boticário’s results.
- Navigate and coordinate functional and integrated solutions, actively collaborating with other squads, internal areas, and external vendors to optimize the beauty ecosystem.
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders, presenting results and aligning the product roadmap.
- Continuously monitor product metrics, team performance, and business results to inform decisions and optimizations.
- Explore and implement technological innovations that add value to the company’s products and processes, including applying Artificial Intelligence concepts to improve solution efficiency and intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leadership roles for people and software products, with a strong results orientation.
- Passion for agile culture and hands-on experience with methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge and experience with project and product management tools such as Jira, GitHub, Businessmap (Kanbanize), and others.
- Development experience (preferably in .NET) and experience managing system integrations, including with external partners.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, essential for interacting with diverse audiences.
- Solid experience and knowledge of financial processes and solutions, with the ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
