About the role

  • Contribute to developing KPIs aligned with the group's strategy and the business reality;
  • Establish and implement processes to ensure operational stability;
  • Standardize and ensure the rollout of improvements across operations;
  • Plan, execute and manage programs for the development of operational teams (high-performance teams - TAD.Super);
  • Support and participate in the implementation of WCL (World Class Logistics);
  • Use and guide the use of tools for problem stratification, objective setting and results measurement;
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and lead operational excellence committees based on the group's strategy;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Technology or related fields;
  • Experience applying Quality tools, Lean Manufacturing and WCL methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, A3, PDCA, etc.);
  • Experience with logistics processes;
  • Availability to travel (operations across Brazil);
  • Preferred: Green Belt or Black Belt certification;
  • Hybrid work (must reside in Curitiba or São Paulo).
