About the role

  • Responsible for the commercial operation of the group's owned-brand e-commerces (O Boticário, Eudora and quem disse, berenice?);
  • Operational execution on the internal platform to ensure uploading of banners, landing pages, storefronts and registration of offers;
  • Relationship-building across the e-commerce ecosystem with teams such as Communication, Content, CRM, Media, Social Commerce and CRO;
  • Support in measuring KPIs through Analytics to inform decision-making in site management;
  • Support in preparing briefs based on the commercial calendar and alignment with the content/communication team for campaign banners, launch promotion plans and partnerships;
  • Ensure full execution of campaigns (creation and scheduling of pages/offers/banners) within the company's own site platform;
  • Support the dissemination of strategic information to supply partner areas with directional guidance for the cycles.

Requirements

  • Organization, proactivity, attention to detail, customer-experience focus, ownership mindset and agility;
  • Enjoy interacting with people and communicating assertively;
  • Agility to implement course corrections quickly and efficiently;
  • Analytical ability and handling of indicators and metrics;
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentations (Excel/Sheets/PPT/Docs);
  • Interest in the beauty/cosmetics world.
