About the role

  • Lead the construction and evolution of the Agent Platform, transforming MVPs into a structured, scalable, and robust product for corporate use;
  • Directly manage a multidisciplinary team composed of Engineering and TPM (Technical Product Manager), ensuring alignment between the technical vision and product strategy;
  • Work with the technical team on architecture and integration discussions, defining contribution standards;
  • Orchestrate relationships with multiple business areas and stakeholders, acting with diplomacy and a partnership mindset to centralize GenAI initiatives on the platform;
  • Guide and validate Discovery processes and Product Specs, ensuring the team understands not only the "how" but the "why" and the business value (ROI/Impact);
  • Manage technical and product metrics, promoting a data-driven culture, proactive risk management, and rapid mitigation of impediments;
  • Develop senior-level people (Specs authors, PMs, Developers), raising the team's technical and behavioral bar through feedback, IDPs (individual development plans), and mentoring;
  • Foster a resilient and adaptable environment, ideal for dealing with uncertainty and the frequent course changes typical of emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Solid experience leading technical teams, preferably in Platform Product contexts (tools used by other teams/developers);
  • Previous experience or deep knowledge in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) projects, LLMs, and agentic tools;
  • Strong technical background (former developer or architect) with the ability to discuss software architecture, integrations, and engineering best practices;
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and an understanding of how language models operate (for technical management, not necessarily hands-on);
  • Product mindset: experience or familiarity with Discovery processes, incremental product evolution, writing Specs, and analyzing business metrics;
  • High negotiation and influencing skills: ability to navigate across areas and build partnerships in a high-visibility environment;
  • Hands-on with data: autonomy to analyze scenarios and make decisions based on indicators.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in high-growth environments;
  • Active participation in the technology and AI community (events, forums, etc.);
  • Previous experience leading Technical Product Managers (TPMs).
