About the role

  • Synchronization of Demand and Production (monitoring)
  • Prepare supply scheduling based on demand requirements, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum efficiency in the outbound flow;
  • Strategic Management of Materials and Inventory (plan clean-up);
  • Manage the supply cycle and inventory levels, applying policies that ensure a balance between the company’s financial health and the assurance of supply for production;
  • Process and Performance Optimization (improvements);
  • Lead the implementation of supply chain improvements aimed at productivity gains, reduction of bottlenecks and continuous improvement of the cell’s KPIs;
  • Risk Monitoring and Mitigation (reaction);
  • Critically analyze consumption behavior and supplier lead times, anticipating stockout risks to ensure the agreed service levels with interfacing areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Technologist (completed) in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related fields;
  • Professional experience: At least 2 years as a Junior Planner in Production or Materials;
  • English: Desired;
  • Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms, etc.);
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC / S/4HANA;
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (PDCA, Ishikawa diagram, etc.);
  • Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Differential: Proficiency in Data Handling: BigQuery (SQL); GCP - Google Cloud Platform; Dataprep; development of dashboards with management indicators and data using Looker Studio/Tableau;
