About the role
- Design and implement Talent Attraction and Talent Management solutions as HR products for Owned and Franchised Retail – discovery, prioritization, planning, solution development, validation, implementation and measurement of results;
- Lead projects related to Talent Attraction and Talent Management with the goal of shaping solutions for retail and its needs, ensuring alignment with interfacing areas (CoEs and business areas), timelines and deliverables in line with business strategy;
- Accelerate the development of solutions by leveraging existing or in-development practices within Grupo Boticário, working jointly with CoEs to enhance solution impact;
- Develop implementation, training and governance models for solutions with franchisees, ensuring sustainability and applicability of the tools;
- Monitor product success KPIs and propose improvement actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Attraction and/or Talent Management (performance evaluation, career, succession);
- Experience in developing HR solutions (e.g., Organizational Development, Training and Recruitment & Selection);
- Ability to structure, implement and monitor end-to-end processes;
- Experience with agile and/or hybrid methodologies;
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in complex environments;
- Excellent communication, organizational and priority-management skills.
