About the role
- Build and enhance the customer service ecosystem using platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, and Avaya
- Develop innovative features that automate and optimize customer service processes
- Create effective solutions leveraging development expertise and the available platform capabilities
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and by writing unit and functional tests
- Collaborate with the team to apply development best practices and standards
- Document products to ensure clarity and organization of the work
- Integrate different tools and platforms to deliver a complete and efficient customer experience
- Actively participate in the Kanban workflow, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of programming logic
- Familiarity with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, and Apex (Salesforce)
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of data integration structure and architecture
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect
- Knowledge of Avaya orchestration
- Collaborative mindset for working within a squad
- Strategic and analytical thinking to identify opportunities and solve problems.
