About the role
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams (Product Manager, Product Designer, and Developers), building solutions that delight and support our customers;
- Take part in ensuring the quality and security of the squad's deliveries and processes;
- Monitor metrics and interpret them to track team health and the pace of objectives, proposing improvements for potential issues that arise during the process;
- Actively participate in defining and maintaining the squad's objectives, supporting and actively developing solutions together with team members;
- Continuously teach and learn in a collaborative environment;
- Architect and technically lead the team's development solutions, providing and receiving ongoing feedback to contribute to the team's growth and delivery of objectives;
- Assist and guide software architecture decisions and in planning and refining activities.
Requirements
- Experience and proficiency in the primary language of our stack: Ruby;
- Experience with projects using relational databases;
- Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience with background processing tools such as Sidekiq;
- Experience with AWS services;
- Active participation in technology communities;
- Contributions to open source projects.
