About the role
- You will work within the Direct Sales Value Stream, leading the Product Analytics area alongside your team of exploratory data analysis specialists to identify gaps and opportunities;
- Manage the team with the goal of developing our employees, conducting 1:1 sessions, feedback, etc.;
- Support the team by removing impediments and helping manage conflicts and barriers;
- Actively contribute to the area’s strategic roadmap, proposing improvements for our discipline;
- Promote a data-driven culture, democratizing data across the Value Stream and guiding the team to increasingly maximize the area’s value creation;
- Regularly monitor product and business metrics and actively participate with teams in building and defining our OKRs;
- Excellent communication to align with leadership, peers and stakeholders. Navigate the Value Stream to identify opportunities for the success of our products.
Requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, mediating multiple contexts and stakeholders;
- Background in Analytics and in improving processes, products, and services;
- Experience with digital products and agile methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and statistical knowledge;
- Desirable knowledge of tools such as GCP, Data Studio, BigQuery, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), ETL, SQL, Python or R;
- Plus: experience in direct sales and/or retail is a differential.
