About the role
- Plan and execute CRM strategies aimed at beauty professionals, aligned with engagement, retention and conversion goals;
- Configure, manage and monitor performance of multichannel campaigns (email and SMS) on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform;
- Produce reports and presentations to communicate results and provide recommendations;
- Conduct analyses of consumer profiles and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields;
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPScript, HTML/CSS, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder and audience segmentation (SQL, Data Extensions);
- Knowledge of multichannel strategies and CRM planning focused on loyalty and retention;
- Experience handling and analyzing data to generate strategic insights;
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) intermediate/advanced level;
- Preferred: Experience in the beauty market or working with professional audiences in the sector.
