About the role

  • Lead and execute the Foundation's short- and medium-term financial planning, including building the budget and forecasts, as well as defining and monitoring budget controls.
  • Structure financial models/simulators and prepare materials for executive committees and monthly meetings with senior leadership.
  • Conduct and lead financial analyses to improve financial efficiency, including reducing and/or better allocating expenses and investments.
  • Measure and interpret the institution's financial and budgetary performance, proposing improvements to ensure the viability of the Fundação Grupo Boticário's (FGB) strategic execution.
  • Lead and influence decision-making focused on executing the Grupo Boticário Foundation's financial strategy.
  • Act as a key interface for risk and liquidity management.
  • Manage investments of funds in accordance with the investment policy (eligible asset classes, risk factors, mandate, etc.).
  • Manage and control cash flow.

Requirements

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, results analysis, building business cases and cash-flow management.
  • Ability to synthesize information and prepare executive materials for decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills and executive presence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
  • Solid experience acting as the team's technical leader.
  • High degree of relationship-building skills and strategic thinking focused on business opportunities.
  • Ability to complete tasks independently and in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Google tools (including ETL) and automation, data cleaning and preparation (e.g., Dataprep), and SAP (preferably S/4).
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis of cost of capital / opportunity cost of capital.
