About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end development of sales campaigns — from offer conception to performance analysis.
  • Analyze data and results to identify optimization and scalability opportunities.
  • Create, test, and validate new mechanisms, hooks, and copy formats.
  • Serve as a technical authority, supporting and mentoring more junior copywriters.
  • Conduct advanced market, behavior, and competitive differentiation research.
  • Partner with the traffic team and the Chief to define funnel strategies and conversion goals.
  • Represent the Chief when needed, ensuring continuity and quality of operations.
  • Actively contribute to the development of new methodologies and excellence standards in copywriting.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Direct Response Copywriting and Sales Funnels.
  • Proven track record with large-scale, multi-product campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling strategies and ROI optimization.
  • Technical proficiency with ad platforms (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience with research and spying tools (Deep Tube, CopyCat, Ad Library, Guru Killer).
  • Familiarity with management and performance software (ClickUp, internal dashboards).
