About the role

  • Architect and write complex sales funnels, such as long VSLs, product launches, webinar funnels and automated sequences;
  • Plan and structure proprietary offers based on market analysis, audience behavior and consumption trends;
  • Create and test new persuasion strategies, including closes, hooks and approach variations;
  • Continuously research references, models and copywriting innovations focused on performance;
  • Analyze campaign metrics and financial results, making data-driven and conversion-based adjustments;
  • Collaborate with the traffic and product teams to ensure consistency between positioning, promise and delivery;
  • Produce highly complex copy with autonomy and minimal need for revision;
  • Serve as a technical reference, sharing learnings and innovations with the team when needed.

Requirements

  • Advanced mastery of copywriting, storytelling and persuasion psychology;
  • Proven experience with high-converting funnels and complex product launches;
  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and continuously optimize campaigns;
  • Strong results orientation, focused on conversion and financial return;
  • Autonomy, discipline and strategic thinking;
  • Ongoing interest in research, innovation and technical development.
