About the role

  • Receive and analyze improvement records submitted through the Innovation Flow;
  • Ensure implementation of ideas and kaizens recorded in the Innovation Flow;
  • Ensure completion of A3 reports recorded in the Innovation Flow;
  • Lead initiatives focused on area engagement such as workshops, jobs, campaigns, recognition programs, mentorships, etc.;
  • Monitor strategic indicators;
  • Support the annual strategic alignment;
  • Support process analysis and mapping;

Requirements

  • University degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Knowledge of Lean philosophy and tools (MFV/VSM, A3, kaizen, GD, 5S, PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, etc.);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Attention to detail: Essential for analyzing information and results;
  • Agility: Important to meet deadlines and handle urgent demands efficiently;
  • Organization/Planning: Fundamental for deadline control, document filing, and managing multiple demands;
  • Dynamism: To handle varied topics and interactions with different areas and managers;
  • Communication: Clear and objective information exchange with managers;
  • Negotiation skills: Ability to conduct discussions and build agreements, including conflict management;
  • We value if you have: Knowledge of BPM/BPMN.
