About the role

  • Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process (screening, interviews, feedback, assessments, and hiring);
  • Ensure deadlines are met and alignment with internal SLAs;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews;
  • Administer group dynamics exercises or behavioral/technical tests when necessary;
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract candidates;
  • Support hiring managers with their recruitment needs;
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on matters related to the selection process;
  • Continuously refine and improve departmental processes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Experience conducting recruitment processes;
  • Experience with competency-based selection;
  • Preferred: familiarity with the DISC behavioral profile;
  • Experience recruiting operational-level profiles.
