About the role
- Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process (screening, interviews, feedback, assessments, and hiring);
- Ensure deadlines are met and alignment with internal SLAs;
- Conduct competency-based interviews;
- Administer group dynamics exercises or behavioral/technical tests when necessary;
- Develop and implement strategies to attract candidates;
- Support hiring managers with their recruitment needs;
- Coordinate with hiring managers on matters related to the selection process;
- Continuously refine and improve departmental processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
- Experience conducting recruitment processes;
- Experience with competency-based selection;
- Preferred: familiarity with the DISC behavioral profile;
- Experience recruiting operational-level profiles.
