About the role
- Develop powerful and lasting relationships with buyers and merchants
- Develop strategies and processes to improve productivity, top-line revenues, and profitability across all key accounts.
- Implement and utilize systems to scale hypergrowth and provide business reporting to the executive team.
- Manage goals and growth for an array of customers from department stores to B2B businesses
- Provide key performance reports across KPIs to ensure visibility across peers and leadership team
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business, Marketing or related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience managing large apparel wholesale accounts
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Key KPIs, P&L Management, Retail Math
