About the role
- Active B2B cold outreach via phone, email & LinkedIn
- Identify and qualify potential new customers
- Schedule qualified meetings for the closing sales team
- Maintain and track all activities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales (ideally SaaS/Tech)
- Enjoy proactive customer outreach and achieving measurable results
- Proficient with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation & closing orientation
- Very good German and good English skills
