Requirements

5+ years of experience in engineering roles
A background in SEO/AEO, Growth Engineering, Marketing roles, or creating custom growth tools
Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React/TypeScript experience
Experience prompt engineering or vibe coding
Comfortable integrating with and configuring LLMs and AI systems
Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
Strong understanding of content, growth, and automation
Ability to QA non-deterministic outputs and adjust prompts as needed
Take ownership of their work with minimal oversight
