About the role

  • Design and build custom solutions that range from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications.
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to developing tools for the marketing team and creating micro-applications on top of our AI stack.
  • Update website and micro-applications.
  • Configure LLMs to power new AI workflows.
  • Build internal tools that streamline operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React (TypeScript) experience
  • Backend development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred, but Python or Node also welcomed)
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like Shadcn UI (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfort integrating with and configuring LLMs and AI systems
  • Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns
  • Experience building data-driven tools and web applications
  • Background in technical SEO, data analysis, and creating custom growth tools positions you well for this role.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence; employment visa sponsorship not available.
