Sales Development Rep

• Qualify and convert inbound leads into new Growth Kitchen partners.
• Call and occasionally visit restaurants across the UK.
• Carry out meetings with leading restaurants virtually, on-site, and at Growth Kitchen sites.
• Explain Growth Kitchen's concept to operators, leading conversations all the way to closing deals.
• Think analytically about the inbound funnel: testing new ideas to improve conversion.
• Work very closely with marketing to shape top-of-funnel lead generation (ads, landing pages, A/B testing).
• Help build a scalable, world-class sales organisation.
• Work directly with founders and senior leaders with high autonomy and impact.
