Product Manager

• Role: Senior Product Manager to support Engineering (Development), Product, Sales, and Client Success teams.
• You will play a vital role in ensuring clients are wowed by our product’s experience.
• Key responsibilities include: product feature identification, backlog management, prospect and customer-facing support for new products and features, platform technical support and troubleshooting, product evaluation and testing, and system configuration activities.
• You’ll report to Kira’s head of product and work collaboratively with virtually every department in the company.
• Your key responsibility will be to support our sales, client success, and software development teams as the voice of the customer.
• You will coordinate, collect, and provide client-centric feedback on all products, solve problems, assist the development team to identify and stamp out issues, and test solutions and new product features.
• You will be responsible for ensuring projects, systems, processes, and technology initiatives stay organized and on track.
• Ideal candidate will have client-facing interactions, web-based technologies (webhooks, API’s etc), excellent project management skills, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and working knowledge of the software development life cycle.
