About the role
- Own and analyse core metrics to measure different aspects of the business;
- Maintain and develop user-friendly reports (Tableau, Google Sheets) to track metrics and visualise insights;
- Identify opportunities and issues through data analysis, generate insights, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations;
- Work independently while collaborating with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams;
- Propose and validate ideas to improve marketing performance and overall business efficiency;
- Own automated reporting to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data delivery;
- Ensure data quality and consistency across sources, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies;
- Support hypothesis-driven analysis and testing (A/B tests) to validate business and product decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in analytical roles (Business / Product / Data Analyst), preferably in data-driven, B2C environments;
- Strong understanding of product, marketing, and CRM metrics;
- Advanced experience with SQL, Python (or another programming language), and BI tools (Tableau or similar) for end-to-end data analysis, from data extraction and analysis to dashboarding and insight generation;
- Solid statistical and mathematical foundation, applied to real business problems;
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders;
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into clear, actionable steps;
- Upper Intermediate English (spoken and written);
