About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to ensure high performance
- Set recruitment goals and monitor team and individual performance
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and advise on hiring needs and market trends
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Optimize sourcing channels and talent pipelines for efficiency
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment workflows and candidate experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Lead
- At least Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
- Confident analytical skills and experience in handling recruitment data
- Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels, and SLA standards
- Experience with job boards, agencies, and external service providers
