Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Lead
  • At least Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions
  • Confident analytical skills and experience in handling recruitment data
  • Experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels, and SLA standards
  • Experience with job boards, agencies, and external service providers
