About the role

  • Manage and improve key workflows that increase the velocity of payor launches.
  • Assist in pulling reports, analyzing trends, and turning insights into action.
  • Track and monitor the health of payor launches, owning key metrics, flagging issues, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Collaborate across teams like Credentialing, Billing, Growth, Customer Support, and Technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
  • Experience with tools like Excel, dashboards, or other analytics platforms.
  • Structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with changing priorities.
  • Team player with experience in cross-functional projects.
  • Confident using Excel or Google Sheets—writing formulas, building pivot tables, and pulling insights from data.
