Lead the treatment team and be the expert on addiction and recovery, coordinating decisions about the member’s treatment
Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region
Collaborate with other team members as it relates to the clinical service model
Lead 2-3 1 hour group therapy sessions using outlined curriculum
Document members’ progress using outcome measures (Core Milestones) and client feedback (NPS scores)
Proactively engage in community relations, distribute materials and attend community meetings
Work as part of a cross-functional care team with prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers
Requirements
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8a-6p
Active WA license or certification: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting
High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care
Preferred backgrounds: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT
