About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-location team of Recovery Support Coordinators
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across multiple sites
- Drive accountability for regional and state-level KPIs
- Provide regular performance reports to state and regional leadership
- Engage in community outreach and education to strengthen partnerships and raise awareness of Groups’ services
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations management, case management, or care coordination at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- State certification or licensure to manage peer support specialists (where applicable).
- Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
