About the role

  • As a true brand ambassador, you will manage and grow a portfolio of exclusive distributors within your geographic area.
  • Ensure successful brand implementation and development in the markets assigned to you.
  • Co-develop the business strategy for your territories.
  • Identify new business opportunities for growth.
  • Take part in commercial negotiations and ensure contractual follow-up.
  • In partnership with your management, build and deploy annual strategic plans and priorities.
  • Grow revenue by identifying growth opportunities.
  • Understand partners’ needs and propose tailored action plans.
  • Manage sell-in and contribute to sell-out performance using tools and plans provided by expert teams.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs: sales, margins, forecasts, and orders.
  • Oversee account P&Ls and optimize pricing, investments, and profitability.
  • Provide quality support and maintain close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support partners in operational execution and capability building.
  • Ensure execution is compliant with the brand’s standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (BAC +4/5) from a Business School or equivalent university program with a specialization in Marketing or International Business.
  • Experience in operational marketing and sales and/or business development and/or export activities.
  • International mindset with a strong commercial and marketing sensibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to build trust with partners.
  • Autonomy, rigor, strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to find solutions independently.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Very good command of Spanish and a good level of English.
