About the role

  • Manage, develop and drive the performance of the Sabon brand across the EMEA and USA markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our strategic partners.
  • Manage accounts with a focus on profitable growth.
  • Identify and develop new business and distribution opportunities.
  • Co-develop and implement the commercial strategy across territories.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs and territory P&Ls.
  • Deploy and promote the annual marketing plan in collaboration with Retail, Digital and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Oversee logistics and shipments, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or export operations.
  • Autonomous, meticulous, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a tangible commercial and marketing sensitivity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus.
