About the role
- Manage, develop and drive the performance of the Sabon brand across the EMEA and USA markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our strategic partners.
- Manage accounts with a focus on profitable growth.
- Identify and develop new business and distribution opportunities.
- Co-develop and implement the commercial strategy across territories.
- Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs and territory P&Ls.
- Deploy and promote the annual marketing plan in collaboration with Retail, Digital and Trade Marketing teams.
- Oversee logistics and shipments, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or export operations.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and results-oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a tangible commercial and marketing sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus.
