Lead, organize, and develop the entire information system and IT & telecom infrastructures in alignment with the company’s overall strategy
Define, propose, and implement the IT strategy in line with the company’s objectives
Ensure the availability, security, performance, and sustainability of the information system
Maintain technology watch and document the system architecture and IT processes
Lead strategic IT projects (including ERP) from feasibility studies through to deployment
Support the evolution of tools in line with the company’s strategy
Oversee change management, user support, and training
Manage and develop the IT teams (3 Developers/Project Managers, 1 Systems Administrator, 1 Support Technician)

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Strong experience in IT project management and team leadership
Significant experience in a similar role or as deputy within a structured IT department
Proven involvement in ERP implementation and maintenance
Leadership, strategic vision, and strong service orientation
