Define, propose and deploy the Information Systems (IS) strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives
Ensure the availability, security, performance and long-term sustainability of the IS
Lead technology watch and maintain documentation of the IS architecture and processes
Lead strategic IS projects (including ERP), from opportunity study to deployment
Support the evolution of tools in line with the company strategy
Oversee change management, user support and training
Manage IT and telecommunications infrastructure (hardware, software, services)
Select, contract with and evaluate vendors and service providers (in coordination with Purchasing)
Optimize hardware and software asset management and ensure performance monitoring
Manage and develop the IT team (3 Developers / Project Managers, 1 System Administrator, 1 Support Technician)
Define service objectives, oversee operations and report to Executive Management
Prepare and manage the IT department budget (human resources, investments, operating costs)
Propose recruitments, training plans and organizational changes

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Strong experience in IT project management and team leadership
Significant experience in a similar role or as deputy within a structured IT department
Proven involvement in ERP deployment and maintenance
Leadership, strategic vision and customer/service orientation
