About the role

  • All responsibilities related to the technical, financial and commercial management of projects
  • Directly oversees the project design team (maîtrise d’œuvre) in the technical design of works
  • Approves project progress and formalizes key decision checkpoints
  • Manages contract relationships with contractors and oversees acceptance/commissioning operations
  • Responsible for maintaining budgets and schedules
  • Primary point of contact for the client across all operational phases

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ideally 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager (Conducteur de Travaux) or Construction/Works Director
