About the role
- Take responsibility for all tasks related to the technical, financial and commercial management of projects
- Directly oversee the design team (maîtrise d'œuvre) in the technical design of structures
- Validate proper progress of project files and formalize stoppage points when necessary
- Manage contracts with contractors, supervise handover and acceptance operations, and ensure budgets and schedules are adhered to
- Contribute to the development of methods and to innovation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the client throughout all operational phases
Requirements
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Site Manager (Conducteur de Travaux) or Works Director
